Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Kit

  Securely pack the halo rings, controllers, and wiring in the original packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
